General Specification :

·         Mobile water spray system, towable, and self-powered trailer chassis supported on wheels (off-road tires), with a gross weight up to 2 – 3 ton. The purpose of this equipment is watering organic compost windrow piles at open window manure composting facility and keep the treatment moisture at the optimum level. The Frame of the mobile equipment is painted corrosive resistance galvanized material. A minimum 1.5- 2.0 m3 storage tank capacity, high water pressure and adjustable nozzle spray system with a heavy duty hose drum are required. The equipment is designed for professional use.

Operational Status

The machine shall be brand new, unused and un-refurb

Performance capacity

A watering pump capacity and spray nozzle bar system in delivery of a minimum 40  and up to 60 liter per minute flow rate.

Power Engine      

Gasoline engine, minimum 5.5 -9.5 HP 2-cylinder with direct injection, air cooled, max 3000 rpm, and equipped with an electric start. Direct drive between pump and engine, no belts or pulleys to adjust.  Low oil shutdown

Pumping system

2” x 2” Centrifugal pump system in minimum capacity 150 - 250 psi (approx. 10 bar), corrosive resistance galvanized material.  Minimum 40 - 60 liter/min flow rate

Adjustable pressure regulator with a suitable oil filled pressure gauge.

Filler and discharge connection points are fitted with ball valves.

Water storage Tank and Capacity

Minimum 1500 – 2000-liter capacity per load.

Heavy duty, low profile, UV resistant, corrosive resistant graduated polyethylene tank

Return flow agitation. Sump in tank for complete drainage

Hose drum and spray system    

Heavy duty hose Reel type: Manual rewind with up to 100 m long 200 psi hose and 1’’diameter size.

Adjustable spray bar system. Rubber hose material.

-        18 – 24’’ long Spray gun with multi and adjustable pattern nozzle “rain watering wands”. The flow rate capacity for the spray gun is from 15 to 25 liter per minute.

Documentation   

Operating and maintenance manuals, and system parts catalogues should be provided.

Warranty      

The supplier shall maintain a manufacturing warranty for the machine not less than 12 months from date of delivery
